gorgeous lahenga, sheer saree : an interesting lahenga saree

I know, I know, she is wearing a full lahenga and a sheer saree on top, but why do I keep feeling that she is wearing lingerie instead?

I like the combo, sort of, but something is not right and I can’t put my finger on it.
